My experience continues to be poor. The jumpsuit did not fit. It was darker colour than it has been advertised as. And it came with what looks like white starch marks across the garment. I have pictorial evidence of all of this and sent it to your orders office. I was told to send it back. I did that on 5 December 2020 and paid £20 for tracking. Your products are not cheap. I have the receipt and images of the parcel. Your orders office received the package last week, I was informed. Despite me following up with you multiple times, no one has responded to me about my refund. It’s sad because I pride myself in buying Black and recommending businesses to others as I am a journalist and influencer. But this experience has made that difficult. If no one intends to respond to me, I will have to escalate the matter.
