Returns + Exchanges

We absolutely love our Mangishi Dolls world wide,  your happiness and satisfaction with our pieces means everything and we would understand if your piece is returned on anything less than that accord!

RETURNS

You would like to make a return - Please note that Returns are only acceptable not more than 7 days after you sign for your received package! We will track these records to verify when you received the package. If it exceeds 7 days since the recorded date from the courier, you will not be eligible for a refund!                                                                                             

You are well within the 7 day Return Period & sure you want to make a return - Send an email with the Subject (Your Full Name & Order #) to orders@mangishidoll.com and specify your reason for return. Once approved you will be provided with a return address dependant on your location.

Please note the return must be in approved and saleable condition and returned to its original packaging with a note (Your full name & order #) when we receive it.  

The refund will only be processed once we receive the parcel. It will take 5-7 days for the refund to hit your account and will be issued back through the original method of payment. Kindly provide a tracking number for a speedy refund process!                       

EXCHANGES           

You love your MD piece but ordered the wrong size or colour -  We are not able to make direct exchanges, you would have to re-order the desired size (subject to availability at the time) from the site as all our stock and inventory are managed online. We advise you re-order immediately so you don't miss out on ordering the right size or color!                                        

You were able to re-order the right size or color but do not know what to do with your current piece - To return the wrong ordered size or color, send an email with the Subject (Your Full Name & Order #) to orders@mangishidoll.com and specify your reason for return. Once approved you will be provided with a return address dependant on your location.
